It's been five months since I've started gymming again, so I decided it was time for progress shots. (I thought it had been six months but judging by my " before" post, apparently not. Oh well.)

I'm doing the gym thing again. And I have a trainer this time. Honestly, he gave me "at home" workouts and my thighs are still burning from two days ago. Yeah. But he's already kicking my butt.
